IF THE VIDEO SHOWS THE PACKAGE WAS OPENED OFF CAMERA WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU! REGARDLESS OF YOUR SITUATION, EVENT OR ANY OTHER ISSUES. Therefore, it is vital you record the package being opened.
